Chiropractic adjustments for existing patients. Includes chiropractic adjustment along with manual therapy when applicable.

Massage Therapy

Therapeutic massage which may include massage therapy, instrument assisted/Graston, myofascial release, cupping, and/or assisted stretching, if desired. (50 minutes or 80 minutes)

Decompression

A spinal decompression machine is used for the neck or lower back to provide gentle traction of the area involved. This provides improved motion, flexibility, and reduces pain of the involved area.

Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave therapy, also known as pressure wave or acoustic wave therapy which produces a sound wave to help break up adhesions, scar tissue, or fascial restrictions in the body. Indications would be muscle pain, trigger points, lateral epicondylitis, plantar fascitis, tendonitis, bursitis, or frozen shoulder symptoms. Nick was inspired to become a Massage Therapist while working at a yoga studio that shared space with two Massage Therapists. He would watch patients walk in looking drained - almost colorless, as if everything about them had faded. But after their appointments, it was if their vibrancy had been increased, their eyes were brighter, their presence more alive and aware. Witnessing that transformation sparked his passion for massage therapy, and he has been dedicated to helping others experience that same renewal for the past seven years.
